My Childhood so similar & even my married life . I thought when I started rtm it was wt to be my mountain but  found out it was anxiety prob with add thru my life  undiagnoised ! I had been counseling so mny times church but renewing my mind & tools have been how God is helping me thru anxiety off meds now  !  Not all the way yet but so much better!!
